When completing the e-visa application form, make sure to save the registration code, email address, and date of birth used in the application. You will need this information to check your e-visa result online. The registration code is the code circled below:
After submitting a Vietnam e-visa application, the usual processing time is 3-5 business days, excluding public holidays.
How to Check Your e-Visa Result
1. Visit the Vietnam Electronic Visa Portal: https://evisa.gov.vn/
2. Select the Search section for e-visa application results.
4. Enter your registration code, email address, and date of birth.
5. Click Search to view the application result.
If the e-visa has been issued, download and print the e-visa to bring with you when entering Vietnam.
Note: Carefully check all the information on the e-visa, especially your full name, passport number, validity period, and port of entry before your trip.
